Strength CLASSES

Ever wondered how others achieve such incredible results? It's all about mastering RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion)! This game-changing method allows you to gauge the intensity of each lift, giving you the power to tailor your workout to your unique strengths.

 

STRENGTH

Our programming is centred around Squat, Deadlift, Pull Ups and Bench Press. Focusing on technique to better improve your strength.

These programs cycle on 13 week blocks. The method we use is progressive overload to optimise results. Think lower rep, higher weight.

HYPERTROPHY

Our Hypertrophy (increase in size of muscle) Training Blocks are 13 week blocks that are split into 6 and 7 week mini blocks.

The main focus of this block is to increase muscle strength and size. These blocks are used as a building tool for when we head into our main strength blocks. Think higher reps, lower weight.
