INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Fitness assessments are important, they can help you measure the 4 components of fitness: overall strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, and past injuries. This will set the foundation of the start of the journey.

 

The assessment is a 1 on 1 session with either Ethan or Cass to help give you a better understanding of the kind of training we provide. It also allows us to assess where your current strength and fitness levels are before we introduce you into our strength sessions.

What it includes:

  • A full gym walk through and introduction

  • 30 minutes of assessment and testing

  • A run through of how to book classes and track your nutrition using our app
